Safety & Firearms

• Safety always comes first.
• All hunters must sign a waiver upon arrival.
• Hunters must obey all hunting laws and possess all required licenses. Hunters assume full liability for any violations.
• Firearms must be unloaded and secured in cases when traveling within fields or in parking areas.
• Keep guns cased until needed and always keep the safety on until ready to shoot.
• Treat all firearms as if they are loaded—never rely solely on the safety.
• Do not fire unless you are certain of your target and what lies beyond it.
• Always maintain safe muzzle control.
• Absolutely no shooting at ground level.
• Remain in your stand until a guide arrives to assist.

Property Rules

  • Pick up all empty casings and trash. Exercise caution if smoking.
  • Management is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  • No shooting across adjoining property lines.
  • No joy riding on the property—hunters must always be accompanied by a guide.
  • Guest house must be left tidy and clean.
  • No excessively muddy shoes allowed inside the guest house—please bring a change of footwear.

Payment & Deposit Policies

  • A 50% deposit is required to reserve your hunt payable by: Cash or Personal Check, Certified Check or Money Order; Credit Card (Deposits Only).
  • The balance on your hunt is payable at the beginning of your hunt by: Cash, Certified Check or Money Order; Credit Cards are not accepted for balances due.
  • No refunds are made on deposits, however, if a hunt is cancelled, the deposit will remain in good standing for the remaining season, provided we have availability.
  • A 10% tip is required for each guide (maximum 2 guides per booking).

Cancellations & Violations

  • Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance; late cancellations result in forfeiture of deposit.
  • Any violation of these rules may result in immediate loss of access without refund.
  • Legal action may be taken if law enforcement involvement is required.
